4D Model Schedule

Preconstruction Planning

Success begins here working with owners and the design team. Nottingham offers Virtual Design Visualization (VDC) to provide 3D Models to visualize scheduling task, cost saving analysis and modular prefabrication probability of repetitive stuctures to save time.

Construction Management

Technology is our foundation for the entire team working together as one unit. We use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to improve collaboration and reduce construction conflicts. Having a cloud based team website for all job documentation keeps everyone involved and update. With items such as the latest plans / specifications, schedule changes, progress photos, field reports, safety logs and our individual job email keeps all parties informed.

Field Capabilities

We're unlike most construction firms who just subcontract the entire project out with little on site trade experience. We perform a large portion of the work on our projects with our own employees. On site services include selective demolition, metal / wood framing, drywall / finishing, doors-frames-hardware, cabinetry / millwork, fixture / décor, and also licensed electric work serving (PA-Philadelphia-NJ-DEL)

Joseph Nottingham & Son started 1969 with Joe Sr & Jr specializing in residential home additions, renovations and New Homes. Nottingham Construction was established in 1989 then Incorporated in 1998 performing commercial carpentry and becoming a General Contractor serving National Retail Companies from New York to Virginia. With our clients requiring the finest quality interior store renovations, facility fit-outs , and new construction we started filling a void in the industry for a competent construction company who treats clients with the utmost respect and integrity while delivering the highest quality workmanship.
